Acceptable Use Policy – Business Accounts

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy – Business Accounts ("Policy") establishes the rules governing the acceptable use of the products and services provided by Airpero LTD ("Airpero", "we", "our", or "us") to businesses and their authorized representatives ("you" or "your").
This Policy applies to all Business Accounts and services offered by Airpero, including digital wallets, business payment cards, payouts, foreign exchange, API access, and any other services made available through Airpero or its approved banking and payment partners.
By registering for or using an Airpero Business Account, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Business Terms & Conditions, Business Privacy Policy, applicable laws and regulations, and the requirements of our licensed financial institution and payment partners.
2. Eligibility and Business Verification
The Business must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining its Business Account, including documentation reasonably required for Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
The Business must not:
- Open an account using false or misleading information.
- Misrepresent the nature, ownership, or purpose of the business.
- Permit unauthorized individuals to access or operate the account.
- Operate multiple undisclosed accounts to circumvent compliance controls.
3. Permitted Use
The Business may use Airpero solely for lawful business purposes, including sending and receiving payments, foreign exchange conversion, payouts, funding business cards, vendor and payroll payments, and API-based payment initiation, provided such use is consistent with the business activity disclosed to Airpero.
4. Prohibited Activities
The Business may not use Airpero directly or indirectly for any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or this Policy.
Financial Crime
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Fraud
- Tax evasion
- Bribery or corruption
- Sanctions evasion
- Concealing the source or destination of funds
Unauthorized Financial Services
Using a Business Account to operate or facilitate money transmission, payment processing, currency exchange, escrow, remittance, lending, or digital wallet services for third parties without Airpero's prior written approval and appropriate licensing.
Illegal Goods and Services
Transactions involving illegal drugs, counterfeit products, stolen goods, human or wildlife trafficking, child exploitation, illegal software, or intellectual property infringement.
Restricted Industries
Transactions involving firearms and ammunition, explosives, adult entertainment, unlicensed gambling, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, illegal lotteries, or unauthorized financial products, unless expressly approved by Airpero in writing.
Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions
Sending or receiving funds involving sanctioned countries, sanctioned persons, or restricted entities, or attempting to circumvent international sanctions.
Abuse of Airpero Services
Submitting false disputes or chargebacks, manipulating exchange rates, circumventing transaction limits, misusing API access, introducing malware or harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access to Airpero systems.
5. Account Security
The Business is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, API keys, authentication devices, and payment cards, and must notify Airpero immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise.
6. Compliance Monitoring
To comply with applicable laws, Airpero and its licensed partners may conduct KYB/KYC verification, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, AML/CTF monitoring, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring. Airpero may request additional information or documentation before processing any transaction.
7. Enforcement
Where reasonably necessary or required by law, Airpero may delay or refuse transactions, suspend or restrict the Business Account, freeze funds where legally permitted, close the account, report suspicious activity to competent authorities, and share information with banking partners, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law.
8. Amendments
Airpero may amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, industry standards, or operational practices. Continued use of Airpero services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
