1. Introduction

Welcome to Airpero LTD ("Airpero", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Airpero's products and services, including your personal account, digital wallet, virtual and physical cards, foreign exchange services, domestic and international money transfers, bill payments, and any other services provided by Airpero or its licensed financial institution and payment partners.

By creating an Airpero account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an Airpero Individual Account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process.
• Use the account only for lawful personal purposes.

Airpero reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.

3. Your Airpero Account

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, Airpero may require you to provide:

• Fund virtual or physical cards.
• Pay approved merchants.
• Make bill payments.

Wallet balances do not constitute bank deposits unless otherwise stated by the licensed financial institution providing the service.

7. Payment Cards

Where available, Airpero may provide access to virtual or physical payment cards through regulated issuing partners.

Card services are subject to:

• The card issuer's terms and conditions.
• Applicable network rules (such as Visa or Mastercard).
• Spending limits.
• Security and fraud monitoring.
• Card issuance and maintenance fees where applicable.

Airpero may suspend or terminate card services if misuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns are identified.

8. Payments and Transfers

Before submitting a payment or transfer, you are responsible for verifying:

• Recipient details
• Account numbers
• Wallet addresses (where applicable)
• Payment amounts
• Currency selection

Completed transactions may not be reversible. Airpero is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect payment instructions provided by you.

9. Foreign Exchange

Where foreign exchange services are offered:

• Exchange rates may change without notice.
• Quotes are valid only for the period displayed.
• Fees and exchange margins may apply.
• Completed currency conversions cannot usually be reversed.

10. Fees

Certain services may be subject to fees, including:

• Card replacement

• Wallet funding (where applicable)
• Bill payments
• Other services disclosed before the transaction

Applicable fees will be displayed before you authorize a transaction.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Airpero for:

• Fraud or scams
• Money laundering
• Terrorist financing
• Identity theft
• Sanctions evasion
• Illegal goods or services
• Unauthorized payment processing
• Operating a money service business
• Activities prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension, termination, or reporting to relevant authorities.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of:

• Your password
• Authentication codes
• Mobile devices
• Payment cards
• Login credentials

You must notify Airpero immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

13. Compliance and Monitoring

• Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws
• Sanctions regulations
• Fraud prevention requirements
• Applicable financial regulations

14. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

Airpero may suspend, restrict, or close your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Required verification is not completed.
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• We receive instructions from regulators or law enforcement.
• Continued provision of services would expose Airpero or its partners to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.

Where permitted by law, we will notify you of such action.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials available through Airpero are owned by or licensed to Airpero and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any Airpero intellectual property without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airpero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Delays or interruptions in service
• Network or system failures
• Third-party provider failures
• Regulatory actions
• User error
• Unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on our website or mobile application. Continued use of Airpero after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
