Acceptable Use Policy – Personal Users

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules governing the acceptable use of the products and services provided by Airpero LTD ("Airpero", "we", "our", or "us") by individual customers ("you" or "your").

This Policy applies to all personal accounts and services offered by Airpero, including but not limited to:

  • Digital wallets
  • Domestic and international money transfers
  • Foreign exchange services
  • Virtual and physical payment cards
  • Bill payment services
  • Payment processing services
  • Any additional products or services made available through Airpero or its approved banking and payment partners.

By registering for or using any Airpero service, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, applicable laws and regulations, and the requirements of our licensed financial institution and payment partners.

2. Eligibility and Identity Verification

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your Airpero account.

Airpero may require you to provide:

  • Government-issued identification;
  • Proof of address;
  • Selfie or biometric verification;
  • Source of funds and source of wealth information;
  • Employment or business information;
  • Transaction documentation; and
  • Any additional information reasonably required for regulatory compliance.

You must not:

  • Open an account using false or misleading information;
  • Impersonate another individual;
  • Maintain multiple accounts without authorization;
  • Permit another person to access or operate your account; or
  • Use an account on behalf of another individual unless expressly approved by Airpero.

Airpero reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if verification requirements are not satisfied.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Airpero solely for lawful personal purposes, including:

  • Sending and receiving legitimate payments;
  • Foreign exchange conversion;
  • Domestic and international transfers;
  • Funding eligible wallets and payment cards;
  • Purchasing goods and services;
  • Paying utility bills and approved merchants; and
  • Any other lawful activity approved by Airpero.

You may only transact using funds that you legally own or are legally authorized to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that recipient details, payment instructions, and transaction information are accurate before confirming any transaction.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Airpero directly or indirectly for any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or this Policy.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Financial Crime

  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Fraud
  • Identity theft
  • Account takeover
  • Tax evasion
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Sanctions evasion
  • Concealing the source or destination of funds

Unauthorized Financial Services

Using a personal account to operate or facilitate:

  • Money transmission services
  • Payment processing businesses
  • Currency exchange businesses
  • Escrow services
  • Remittance businesses
  • Crowdfunding without approval
  • Investment or lending services
  • Digital wallet services for third parties

Illegal Goods and Services

Transactions involving:

  • Illegal drugs
  • Counterfeit products
  • Stolen goods
  • Human trafficking
  • Wildlife trafficking
  • Child exploitation
  • Illegal software
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Illegal import or export activities

Restricted Industries

Transactions involving:

  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Adult entertainment
  • Prostitution
  • Unlicensed gambling
  • Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
  • Illegal lotteries
  • Unauthorized financial products

Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may not:

  • Send funds to sanctioned countries;
  • Receive funds from sanctioned persons;
  • Deal with restricted entities;
  • Circumvent international sanctions; or
  • Attempt to disguise prohibited transactions.

Abuse of Airpero Services

You must not:

  • Submit false disputes or chargebacks;
  • Attempt to manipulate exchange rates;
  • Circumvent transaction limits;
  • Abuse promotional offers;
  • Reverse legitimate payments fraudulently;
  • Test stolen payment credentials;
  • Introduce malware or harmful software;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Airpero systems; or
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our platform.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of:

  • Your password;
  • Login credentials;
  • Verification codes;
  • Authentication devices;
  • Payment cards; and
  • Mobile devices used to access Airpero.

You must immediately notify Airpero if you suspect:

  • Unauthorized account access;
  • Card compromise;
  • Lost or stolen devices;
  • Credential theft; or
  • Suspicious account activity.

Airpero may temporarily restrict or suspend access to protect your account where security concerns exist.

6. Compliance Monitoring

To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations, Airpero and its licensed partners may conduct:

  • Know Your Customer (KYC) verification;
  • Know Your Business (KYB) verification where applicable;
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD);
  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening;
  • Sanctions screening;
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring;
  • Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) monitoring;
  • Fraud detection;
  • Transaction monitoring;
  • Source of funds verification; and
  • Ongoing compliance reviews.

Airpero may request additional information or documentation before processing any transaction.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed, declined, suspended, or cancelled transactions.

7. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary or required by law, Airpero may:

  • Delay or refuse transactions;
  • Suspend or restrict your account;
  • Freeze funds where legally permitted;
  • Reverse transactions where applicable;
  • Close your account;
  • Report suspicious activity to competent authorities;
  • Share information with banking partners, payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law; and
  • Take any other action necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Airpero is not liable for losses arising from actions taken in good faith to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Amendments

Airpero may amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes in:

  • Applicable laws;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Industry standards;
  • Products and services; or
  • Operational practices.

Updated versions will be published on the Airpero website or mobile application.

Your continued use of Airpero services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Banking, payment, card issuing, foreign exchange, and money transfer services are provided directly or indirectly through licensed financial institutions, regulated payment service providers, and other authorized partners in the jurisdictions where such services are offered.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their country of residence and in any jurisdiction in which they use Airpero services.
